Ordered the wrong size? Even though our products are made-to-order and therefore generally not eligible for returns, we understand that a size mistake might be made with a first-time or gift order. If you’ll return the wrong-sized item, mailed within 15 days of receiving your item by going to the Replacement-Policy and following the instructions, we’ll send a replacement in the correct size as soon as the return is shipped. And the return is on us.
