Refund policy

We want you to LOVE what you ordered! Please inspect your Truth Sharer items carefully when they arrive. If there's an issue with your order, please select the appropriate section below that deals with your specific issue, and follow the instructions under that heading within 15 days of receiving your order. We'll do our best to address your issue promptly and get your replacement sent out ASAP.

Wrong Print/Misprint/Wrong Color/Damaged Replacement Instructions

If there’s a problem with your item (wrong print, damaged, missing product, etc.), please contact us within 15 days and we’ll make it right by replacing the damaged or misprinted item. No need to send it back. Simply follow these instructions for a replacement:

If any of the items are damaged, misprinted, or you receive a color you did not order, please lay the item(s) out on a flat surface and take a photo that clearly includes the design and issue. Use the chart below for specific instructions.

If necessary, upload up to 5 photos or a video of the product. Accepted image formats include JPEG, JPG, and PNG (up to 15 MB each), and one video in MOV or MP4 format (up to 250 MB).

Email the picture(s) and/or video to truthsharerbrand@gmail.com with the subject line: Replacement Requested. Please include a brief description of the problem and include the order number in the email. Following these steps will help us get your replacement(s) to you faster.

As our way of apologizing for any inconvenience this delay may cause you, we will email you a one-time 30% off discount code for our Truth Sharer store once your replacement has been approved.

Issue with the quality of the print

A clear photo of the received product laid on a flat surface in which the design and the issue are clearly visible in a single frame.

Issue with the print placement (distance from collar, off-center, etc.)

A clear photo of the received product laid on a flat surface where the incorrect placement is shown with a ruler/measuring tape. (For DTG, DTF, and AOP products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement.)

Print in the wrong area

A clear photo of the product you received, folded in a way that clearly displays both sides.

Wrong product

A photo of the product that was received, with the size tag clearly visible as well.

Issue with the product (incorrect size, brand, quality)

A clear photo of the received product where the design, issue, and/or size tag are clearly visible in a single frame.

A product sizing issue (manufacturer’s defect)

A clear photo of the received product being measured according to the measurements provided in the catalog’s size chart. Both the print and the measurement should be clearly visible and the garment should be laid on a flat surface. (The tolerance is +/- 1” for most adult garments (with some exceptions) and  +/- 0.5” for baby clothing.)

Delivery-related product damage

A photo or video of the received product, where the package, the printed design, and the issue are clearly visible.

Reprinted item has the same issue as the original item

A photo or video of both the original and reprinted item in the same frame where the issue is clearly visible.


*Note - If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Sizing Error Return/Replacement Instructions

Ordered the wrong size? Even though our products are made-to-order and therefore generally not eligible for returns, we understand that a size mistake might be made with a first-time or gift order. If you’ll return the wrong-sized item, mailed within 15 days of receiving your item by following the instructions below, we’ll send a replacement in the correct size as soon as the return is shipped. And the return is on us.

If this is a first-time order and you unknowingly selected the wrong size for you or your gift recipient, take a clear picture of the shirt with the size tag visible, showing the current size. Send the photo via email to truthsharerbrand@gmail.com and include a brief note notifying us of the size error along with the order number and a request to replace the shirt with the correct size.

Please use the following in the subject line:
Size Error/Replacement Request.

Once we have received the above information, we will send you a return label, also via email. Please be sure to return the shirt in the same package (if possible) and in the same condition as when it arrived.

Once the return has been shipped, we will have your new shirt, in the size you specified in your email, created and shipped to you.

*Important: you must request a replacement within 15 days of receiving your items. Once you receive the return label via email, you have 10 days to ship the item. Once the tracking number on the return label verifies the item has been shipped, we will begin processing your replacement
